I just finished up an amazing weekend at my Get Courageous Seminar and I can’t tell you how happy I am to be walking in my purpose. God has given me the call to teach women all over the world to overcome fear and find their purpose in life, and Get Courageous is one of my vehicles to do just that. But more then anything I am extremely proud of and grateful to all the women who attended. To see them have their “Aha!” moment and realize something that they had never realized before is so amazing and powerful all at the same time. I hope you have had a great week thus far. Let me ask you a question: Have you ever come across people that are really negative on themselves and seem to beat themselves up all the time? These people say horrible things like, “I will never find the right person to spend the rest of my life with”, “I just can’t do this”, or I’m never going to be successful”. The truth is, this person could quite possibly be you. Maybe you are saying these things to yourself and not even realizing it. This is called negative self-talk and it is a killer of hopes, dreams, ambitions and courage.
