Allow Me To Reintroduce Myself- My Name Is Kiki Ramsey

Happy New Year! First let me say that I pray your New Year is filled with all of the best blessings and prosperity that God can sprinkle your way!

Secondly as I dance my way into the New Year I think that this email is very fitting and I would like to reintroduce myself to you, so here goes.

My name is Kiki Ramsey and over the past couple of years if you have been following me for any amount of time you would know that some things have changed about me and my life.

First if you haven’t noticed (all the pictures splashed on social media) I am a mom again for the second time around! My oldest and most wonderful son Tomazye is 22-year-old and then we were so blessed to have Mackenzie last year after years of trying to conceive. Thank God on the 5th round of in vitro (more about this in another post) we got pregnant and had the most beautiful girl ever. She is a joy and has added to our bundle of blessings we call our children.

Obviously when a new child enters your life things change. That’s an understatement! Actually, everything has changed including me. You may have begun to see hashtags on my social media such as #mompreneur #momboss, ect. That’s because this is how I identify myself these days and speaking of this leads me to number two.

Having another baby has really caused me to get laser focused about how I show up in the world and how I share my purpose.  I am solely focused on helping women build more courage and purpose doing the work they love. I mainly do this through helping female entrepreneurs create amazing lives and build purpose-drive profitable businesses. I even created my own university called Fempreneur University. It’s an international hub dedicated to giving female entrepreneurs the training, coaching and community support they need to grow successful businesses and it is amazing! The entrepreneurs in aka FemU are dedicated, passionate, supportive and are growing successful purpose-driven businesses.

I have actually been focused on female entrepreneurs for quite some time but I never felt a need to make an announcement. The reason I’m doing it now is because I must be accountable for what I’m teaching therefore I need to live it. You see, when you never tell people what you are doing you never have to be accountable.

I tell my clients all the time that they must focus. They have to choose One thing, one niche, one main stream of income, one, one, one because this simplifies your life and your business.

Making it clear to you about who I serve not only allows me to live up to my teachings and simplifies my business, but gives you the opportunity to choose to come along with me for the journey. If you choose not to come along please feel free to unsubscribe from receiving my emails.

I certainly understand that not everyone wants to learn how to build a business or side hustle. It might not be where you are in your life right now and I get it. I thank you for being a part of my world thus far and I pray that God blesses you in his infinite wisdom with your heart’s desire.

With that being said, if you are a female entrepreneur or if you have a desire to start a business and want some support for a limited time before the year gets super crazy with school, my current clients and the baby of course, I invite you to schedule a call with me to talk about how I can help you begin doing the work you love in 2018.

This leads me to number three. I have chosen to make a lifelong goal come true. I am going back to school full-time to get a PhD in Business Psychology!

Yay (doing the happy dance)! I’m not doing the happy dance because I’m going to enjoy all the crazy work that’s involved in getting a PhD but I’m doing the happy dance because I finally made a decision to do something I have always wanted to do.

I have always wanted to be a psychologist and every year I have contemplated going back to school and every year I talk myself out of doing so. Boy have I had all kinds of excuses, from not the right timing to not wanting to do the work. But it just keeps coming up for me over and over again.

I even went back to school in 2016 and got a second Master’s Degree in Positive Psychology Coaching thinking this would cure me of my Phd disease. But it didn’t. Now don’t get me wrong, getting my Master’s in Positive Psychology Coaching was one of the best things I could have ever done. I am 1000 times a better coach then when I started, but it’s just not enough for me.

Here’s what I know. That thing that you always wanted to do will probably Never go away. Stop trying to make it disappear and lean into it. Give it life and it will give you life. I’m happy that in three years I will officially be Dr. Kiki Ramsey! Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?

So, there you have it. That’s me, Kiki Ramsey a Child of God, wife, mompreneur, student, speaker, coach, author and woman on a mission to help other women build successful lives and businesses.

I hope you stick around for the journey.
