I’m Dr. Kiki Ramsey, and I know firsthand what it’s like to feel a calling for more; more time, more energy, more money, and more self-care. As someone who started my career as a social worker, I used my training to serve others in deep, meaningful ways, but I often found myself limited by the systems I worked within. I wanted more freedom to help people in ways that felt authentic to me, and I craved a career that provided flexibility and financial growth. That’s when I discovered coaching—a new path that allowed me to continue helping people while also building a flexible, purpose-driven career that brings me joy and fulfillment.

You might have seen the recent Business Insider headline that said, “A social worker who quit to become a life coach explains how she made a career pivot that quintupled her salary.” Yep, that’s me—and yes, it’s true.

I know you might be feeling:

Burned out from the emotional weight of your current role and ready for a change.

Frustrated by the limitations in traditional therapy or social work that prevent you from fully supporting your clients in the way you know they need.

Exhausted by the grind of a demanding career that doesn’t leave much room for your own personal well-being and family time.

Underappreciated and Underpaid, wondering if there’s a way to help others while also experiencing personal and financial growth.

If this resonates with you

it may be time to consider a pivot into coaching—where you can use your skills to create transformation on your own terms.

This workshop is designed for social workers, therapists, and helping professionals who are ready for something more. You may feel deeply connected to your work, but recognize that traditional paths aren't offering the fulfillment or freedom you truly desire. Coaching opens the door to expanding your impact, working with clients in a more dynamic and empowering way, and building a career that offers the flexibility and financial growth you’ve been craving.

Why continue feeling stuck, burned out, or limited when you can take control of your career and create the impact you’ve always dreamed of?

Why Listen To Dr. Kiki?

I know exactly what it feels like to be where you are—on a path that feels meaningful, but also filled with uncertainty and frustration. I started my career as a social worker, deeply committed to helping people navigate life’s toughest challenges. But over time, I realized that while the work was rewarding, it didn’t give me the freedom, flexibility, or fulfillment I craved.

That’s when I discovered coaching, a path that transformed both my career and my life. Making the pivot wasn’t easy, but it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Today, I am the CEO of the Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute, where I help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through coaching. I don’t just talk about coaching—I live it every single day.

I’m passionate about guiding others to experience the same freedom, personal growth, and fulfillment that coaching has brought into my life. I’ve walked this journey, and now I’m here to help you walk yours.

His ultimate joint venture, however, began in Afghanistan 15 years ago, where he met his wife and business partner, Chelsey—who frequently jokes that she kept him from getting blown up over there (a claim that happens to be 100% true, just ask her). Today, they run their lives and their multi-million dollar entities side-by-side. Sitting on both the Entrepreneurial Panel and the Husbands of CEO Women Panel, Dan offers a rare, grounded perspective on true strategic alignment and what it actually takes to build a legacy with your spouse.

Equally dedicated to his operations at home, Dan is an incredible dad to their six-year-old daughter, Kenna, and seamlessly handles the logistics of the family farm. He’s the definition of the unshakeable partner—the kind of husband who reacts to his wife bringing home more livestock by saying, “Well, it’s inconvenient that you got more ducks, but I’ll go dig a pond.” Whether he is managing corporate scaling or overseeing everything from the poultry to his wife’s pack of wolf hybrids, Dan believes in absolute execution.
